Develops, facilitates, and oversees the operations of all International Training Programs, both State Department-funded programs such as the Middle East Partnership Initiative Student Leaders Program (MEPI SLP) and the Fulbright Teaching Excellence & Achievement Program (FTEA), and non-State Department programs such as the Long-term Education Administrators' Program (LEAP) sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Sports, Science, and Culture (MEXT), and the Okinawa Global Leadership (OGL) Program sponsored by Okinawa Board of Education; Liaises with program officers from the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), Georgetown University, the State Department, and others; Provides financial and administrative oversight, and manages the reporting monitoring, and evaluation of all programs.

Program Manager

Manages logistical coordination and oversees implementation for all incoming non-State Department short-term international programs, including the Long-term Education Administrators' Program (LEAP) sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Sports, Science, and Culture (MEXT),  and the Okinawa Global Leadership Program sponsored by Okinawa Board of Education; Collaborates with our partners: Kumamoto University, Rikkyo University, Naha NikkeiBusiness School, China University of Geoscience, Huazhong Agricultural Univer​sity, and universities in Mexico; Engages and manages in coordinating homestays and connects with community organizations to enable cross-cultural connections for program participants.

Coordinates logistics, scheduling, participant support, and reporting for incoming short-term State Department-funded programs, including the Middle East Partnership Initiative Student Leaders Program (MEPI SLP) and the Fulbright Teaching Excellence & Achievement Program (FTEA); Works with administering agencies and funding organizations to ensure adherence to program requirements, including the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), and Georgetown University.
