Montana State University offers group classes, at-home individual workouts, and general physical fitness information through your local Extension Office and online. Access to these classes are listed below.

Stress Management
Everyone encounters stress in their life, some stressors are even good for your health. However, chronic stress can have negative effects on people both physically and mentally. MSU offers different programs with information and ways to manage lifes' stressors.
